Your recordings stay yours
TAPE 16 and TAPE 24 store recordings, sessions, audio files and project data on your device or in a location you choose. EMR Music Group does not automatically upload your music, stems, takes or session files to its servers.
Audio or project files are only sent to us when you choose to provide them, such as by attaching files to a support request or submitting content to a community feature.
Information we may collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
- Purchase and licensing information, including your email address, order details, serial number, machine identifier, activation status and activation dates.
- Support and feedback information, including your name, email address, app version, platform, message and any files you choose to attach.
- Website usage information, such as pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with the site.
- Referral or affiliate information when you follow a tracked link or participate in the affiliate program.
How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, deliver and manage licenses, provide downloads and updates, respond to support requests, improve TAPE products, prevent abuse, understand website performance and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. EMR Music Group does not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may use service providers for website hosting, licensing, email delivery, analytics, downloads, payment processing and affiliate attribution. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
